Margaritaville Beach Resort Belize (2023)

At the Northern tip of Ambergris Caye, just short of the Mexican border, this part renovation and part new-build property brings Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville concept to Belize. It is a family-friendly 55-key hideaway reached by the resort’s private boat shuttle after hopping across from the mainland on a fifteen minute scenic flight. Rock House Resort, TCI (2022)

Truly in its own niche on the island of Providenciales, Rock House captures the essence of the Mediterranean in a Caribbean setting. The rugged iron shore cliff hides a secluded beach and the residences carefully clad in local stone give the feel of Capri on the Amalfi Coast. Rock House opened in May 2022 and is the latest addition to the growing collection of superb Grace Bay Resorts properties. Click here to see more.

Alaia Marriott Autograph (2021)

This spectacular property opened in May 2021 and is the coolest addition to the lively scene on Ambergris Caye. It features combines new-build and a renovated elements to suit all tastes. An exciting feature and part of the chill-out rooftop bar is a plunge pool with glass portals looking down five floors! Click here to see the property.

Watermark, Grand Cayman (2020/2022)

DXI worked through the design phase for this super luxurious condo development on Seven Mile Beach masterminded by a renowned local development team. The units and the amenities are going to be best of breed and we are so excited to see this property take shape. Take a sneak peek here.

Limetree Beach Club, St Thomas (2020)

Opened in Summer 2020 after substantial reconstruction due to significant damage by Hurricane Maria in Fall 2017. Managed by Wyndham Vacation Ownership, this property was formerly Bluebeard's Beach Club and sits on Frenchmans Bay. A new video is coming soon however see the beauty of the location here.

The Vellagio, Turks & Caicos Islands (2019/20)

DXI completed the design phase for the latest planned development by HAB Group which will be a chic hotel on Grace Bay, Providenciales. We can't say too much for now, however the property will have some pretty neat technology features. See animated renderings here.

Cabrits Resort Kempinski Dominica (2019)

Opened in the Fall of 2019 with 150 keys and the first significant new hotel property on Dominica in many years, this is a beautiful property in a breath taking setting. See the resort and island here and click for the hotel website.

The Shore Club, Turks & Caicos Islands (2016)

A truly stunning property which opened in December 2016 as a 106 key condo-hotel set on a previously undeveloped part of Providenciales and including six 5-bedroom villas. Check-out the uniqueness of the location here and the spectacular villas too. For more information see the resort website.

Mandarin Oriental Canouan, St Vincent & The Grenadines (2015)

Extremely private and comprising 26 exclusive suites and six 4-bedroom villas this property opened in 2015 as the Pink Sands Club adding to the 1200 acre Grenadines Estate on the tiny island of Canouan. Veranda Resort, Turks & Caicos Islands (2010)

Opened in 2010 as an independent resort and later acquired by Sandals and merged into their Beaches property on Providenciales as the Key West Village, adding some 246 keys to this massive property. See here the Veranda as an independent property

Marriott Autograph Scrub Island, British Virgin Islands (2010)

A private island resort off Tortola accessible only by boat, with an opening in 2010 featuring a boutique hotel, marina village and villas nestled around the hillside with breath taking ocean views. See the island and resort here plus more information at the hotel website.

Amanyara, Turks & Caicos Islands (2006)

Set on a very private and secluded 99 acre estate on Providenciales this resort blends South East Asian architecture with Caribbean vibes. Other Projects

The Abaco Club, Bahamas (2022/2023)

The Abaco Club is a private tropical paradise where members can enjoy a top-class golf course and all manner or watersports. DXI worked with the club to create a strategy for infrastructure upgrades and then helped deliver them. Learn more about The Abaco Club here.

Club Aldiana, Dominican Republic (2017)

Concept design and budgetary planning for the renovation of a 348-key shuttered property near Cabarete on the North Coast, The redevelopment did not progress to completion.

Paradise Found Resort, Barbuda (2016/17)

This was to be a stunning hideaway on the site of the former K Club, although the project was suspended after the devastating hurricane season of 2017. Watch this space for a re-emergence of this project but in the meantime check out the beautiful coast line.

Mill Reef Club, Antigua (2014/7)

This is a private members club set on 1,500 acres with a beautiful and expansive oceanfront. With creativity and sensitivity DXI derived and managed a series of IT infrastructure upgrades. See more about the property.

Canadian Visa Application Centers (2012/3)

DXI were engaged in a team charged with fitting out Visa Applications Centers in Jamaica, Trinidad, Guyana and the Dominican Republic.

Amber Dune, Dominican Republic (2011/2)

DXI completed the strategic plan and budgeting for this resort that did not proceed in the end, The proposed property was on the edge of the bohemian town of Cabarete, famous amongst kite boarders.
