Amanyara, Turks & Caicos Islands
A beautiful 99 acre resort on Providenciales blending South East Asian architecture with Caribbean vibes. DXI was brought into the project by its new investors in 2005 to quickly rework the previously proposed legacy telecoms infrastructure into a modern and enduring IP based infrastructure, which is today still the technology backbone for the property. Amanyara opened in March 2006 with a state of the art low voltage infrastructure and one of the first IP based telephone systems in the Caribbean.
The Pink Sands Club, St Vincent & The Grenadines
This high-end property comprises twenty-six exclusive suites and six four-bedroom Lagoon Villas as well as five chic F&B options, a gym and a new spa adding to the re-imagined 1500 acre Canouan Resort with its many well established rental villas and private residences and challenging golf course.
DXI were engaged by the investors/developers to lead the design, procurement and deployment of the state of the art low voltage infrastructure and systems culminating in the soft opening at Christmas 2015. The property has some of the smarted technology in the Caribbean with super cool features including TV’s invisibly blended into mirror walls that retract at the touch of a button to offer guests unobstructed views of the turquoise ocean and its magnificent reef.
The Shore Club, Turks & Caicos Islands
This property is the latest addition to The Hartling Group’s success story on Providenciales having opened in December 2016 and achieving immediate high occupancy. It is a 106 key condo-hotel set on a previously undeveloped part of the island and features stunning architectural and interior design, not least its extensive coral render finishing and unique features in all its F&B outlets.
DXI were engaged by its owner/developer to mastermind all low voltage design, procurement and implementation and have been retained for the construction of six high-end villas, banqueting facilities and a larger spa.
Scrub Island, British Virgin Islands
This is a private island resort off Tortola and features a boutique hotel built as a marina village also incorporating restaurants, bars, banqueting facilities, spa and gym. Many privately owned villas (some in the rental pool) line the hillside overlooking breath taking ocean views and vary in size with up to six bedrooms.
DXI were hired by the development company and worked through the development cycle until the successful opening in February 2010. Initially privately operated by the sister company of the developer the property is now marketed under the Marriott Autograph brand. The resort is a favorite for conferences allowing corporations to reward their high performing staff with an unforgettable getaway in a private island setting.
